At SVT SLTC Crackers, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality fireworks and crackers from trusted brands including Ayyan, Standard, and Vadivel. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of firecracker products and safety regulations, returns are generally not accepted once the products are delivered. However, returns or replacements may be considered under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged products received
• Manufacturing defects
• Missing items in the order

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos of the package and products.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be processed in the following cases:

• Ordered products are unavailable
• Confirmed damaged or defective items
• Order cancellation approved before dispatch

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
• During peak festive seasons, order processing may happen quickly, so cancellation requests should be made immediately.

Shipping & Delivery

We take utmost care in packing all cracker products safely. However, minor damage to outer packaging during transit may not qualify for refunds or returns.
